Real estate
Property videos from the photos you already have.
A buyer wants to see the actual flat, not an imagined one. Shotloom has a Showcase template built for property, which puts location, configuration, price and amenities on screen over your own photographs, and a 360 mode that turns one panorama into a moving shot of a room.
Start here
The Property template.
Showcase asks you for exactly the four things a property listing lives or dies on: location, configuration, price and amenities. They are laid out as chips over your photos, graded clean and bright, with your logo, your accent colour and a contact line such as a WhatsApp number. Upload 5 to 25 photos and you get one MP4 and a GIF.
The text is rendered by code rather than generated, so a price reads as the price you typed and a phone number is the number you typed. On a listing video that is not a detail, it is the whole point.
50 credits for one property listing video, 5 to 25 photos
About ₹90 at top-up rates, where the Boost pack is ₹199 for 110 credits, plus 18% GST. On a monthly plan the same render costs fewer rupees, because plan credits are cheaper per credit. Failed renders refund automatically.
Room tours
One panorama, one moving room.
Open your phone camera, switch to Panorama mode and sweep across the room. Upload that one image to 360 Scene and you get a wide and a vertical video panning across the space, plus a tiny planet still and a viewer image. It costs 15 credits, about ₹27 at top-up rates, and it is the cheapest honest way to show a room without a videographer.
- Input
- One panorama or photo sphere. An ordinary photo is refused rather than rendered badly.
- Length
- 15 or 30 seconds.
- You get back
- 16:9 and 9:16 MP4, a tiny planet image and video, a GIF and a viewer image.
- Per property
- One panorama per room. A three room flat is three renders, 45 credits, about ₹81.
Being straight with you
There is no real estate preset.
Shotloom has eleven style presets and not one of them is property. Wedding, Diwali, Corporate, Heritage and the rest are built around moments and moods, and a two bedroom flat in Kondapur is neither. If you use the main studio to generate a property scene, Corporate is the closest fit, adding a modern Indian corporate look with clean professional lighting and neutral tones. It is a fallback, not a purpose-built answer, and we would rather say so.
Generated scenes are worth using for the things around the property: an establishing shot of the locality at golden hour, a lifestyle scene behind your titles, a skyline for a launch teaser. They are 110 credits for 8 seconds with audio, about ₹199. They are not worth using to depict a specific flat, because the model has never seen it, and a buyer who visits will know.
Your first 100 credits are free once your profile is complete, which covers a 360 room tour and change.
How to use it
A listing, in four steps.
- Photograph the property properly. Wide, level, in daylight. Every tool here works on what you give it, so this step decides the result.
- Sweep one panorama per room. Phone camera, Panorama mode, a slow steady sweep. That is the input for a 360 room tour.
- Cut the listing video. Showcase, Property template, your photos, then location, configuration, price and amenities.
- Post the set. Vertical for status and reels, square for listings portals, wide for a site embed. All three shapes come from the same tool.
Why this over a generic tool
Rupees, GST and the actual flat.
Property is a GST-registered business with per-deal marketing spend. Shotloom bills in rupees, adds 18% GST at checkout and raises a downloadable invoice for every purchase, so a listing video is a line item you can actually book.
