Cookie Policy

This page lists every cookie and browser storage item Shotloom sets, what each one does, and how long it lasts. Shotloom is operated by SMF Vision Labs Private Limited.

Nothing optional loads until you choose. Analytics and session replay scripts are not downloaded, and set nothing, until you switch their category on. If you switch a category off after having switched it on, we clear that provider's cookies and reload the page so the script is not present in the new page.

Essential

These cannot be switched off, because the site cannot do what you asked without them. They are not used to profile you and are not shared with an advertising network.

Analytics

Counts and aggregates. Off by default. Provider: Google (Google Analytics 4), plus our own first-party counters.

Session replay

Records how you move through a page and plays it back to us. Off by default. Providers: Microsoft (Clarity) and Sentry.

Error monitoring

Separate from session replay, and not switched off by the toggles above. When the product throws an error we send Sentry a stack trace so we can fix it. It carries no personal data by configuration, and it is what keeps the service working rather than a record of your behaviour. If you would rather we held nothing at all, write to grievance@shotloom.ai.

Turning things off in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential items will sign you out and some parts of the studio will stop working.
